Electrical Estimator
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a highly respected and well-established Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Central London.
The company is renowned for delivering high-quality projects in the commercial and office fit-out sectors, with project values typically ranging from £250k up to £4m. They offer a full turnkey service from design through to installation and commissioning.
We welcome applications from both Electrical Estimators and Senior Electrical Estimators looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare competitive and accurate estimates for commercial and office fit-out projects
- Analyse specifications and drawings to assess project requirements
- Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing, seeking value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with pre-construction and project teams to support tenders and proposals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services sector
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Relevant electrical qualifications or equivalent industry certification
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
