Job Title: Estimator (Carpentry Background, MEP Experience is a Bonus)

Type: Full-Time, Office-Based with Site Visits

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in managing tenders, surveys, and estimates while also handling procurement tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and career, whether you have existing experience or you're just starting out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenders: Prepare and submit detailed tenders for new projects
- Surveying & Estimating: Conduct on-site surveys and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Procurement: Manage procurement processes, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
- Site Visits: Be willing to visit sites as needed for accurate measurements and assessments
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Carpentry Background: Experienced in carpentry in the construction industry
- MEP Experience: Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing would be advantageous but not essential
- Quantity Surveying (QS): Newly qualified QS candidates with a desire to learn and grow will be considered
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to assess project requirements and costs
- Proactive: Able to work independently and as part of a team
