We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join one of our clients, a large and well established Tier 1 Building Contractor in Bristol. Our client carries out a diverse range of projects up to £100 million and have been established in the region for over 20 years.
Working within an established pre con team, you will Report to the Chief Estimator, leading the production of the prime cost. The role requires working autonomously as well as part of a team. The Senior Estimator is required to oversee as applicable other Estimators working in the bid team to ensure the prime cost captures the programme. Methodology and risk profile developed by the bid team.
This role would suit an experienced Estimator from a main contractor background who resides close to the Bristol area and is able to work on larger schemes ideally.
