Estimator Planned Refurbishment (with QS Duties)
Location: Near Tottenham, North London
Salary: Up to c. £70,000 + Benefits
Flexible / Hybrid Working Available

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a growing and forward-thinking property services contractor? We are working with a well-established business specialising in planned refurbishment works within the social housing sector, and they are now looking to expand their commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in pricing and managing a range of refurbishment schemes from kitchens and bathrooms to external envelopes while also supporting with Quantity Surveying duties throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for planned maintenance and refurbishment projects

• Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure robust commercial input

• Support the contract delivery phase with QS duties including valuations, variations and cost reporting

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure value for money

• Contribute to winning new work and building long-term client relationships

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in estimating for social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance contracts

• Good understanding of Quantity Surveying principles

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
