Synergy Personnel are looking for an Estimator for the Heritage Refurbishment sector. Working in offices in Central London, the right person will be experienced at estimating on heritage, historic and listed buildings.

Estimators who have worked other roles within masonry/stone or the historic restoration sector on other roles will be considered.

JOB ROLE:

• Applying labour outputs and rates
• Preparation of tenders
• Estimating accurate sub-contractor, plant and material costs
• Locate or research potential cost effective new techniques and materials
• Work with other estimators in the team on existing and ongoing contracts

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
