This employer is a work hard play hard organization. Reporting directly into the Head of Estimation you will be able to hands on lead the pricing of industrial , new build and commercial buildings. A small project would be 5 Million with a sweet spot of 25-30 Million.

Do you have the following :
- Pricing Experience as an Estimator
- Able to price from first principles if needed
- Happy to be based in a Head Office working in a team (NO Remote working thank you)
- Strong understanding and knowledge across Steel, Concrete and Groundworks Sub contractors
- Do you have your finger on the pulse and able to pick up the phone to the supply chain
