NPR Recruit, on behalf of our client, are adding an Estimator to their successful business of 50 years.
The Estimator will provide estimating resources and tender returns to our clients in our New Build Commercial team.
Hybrid
28 Days Holiday, Private Health, Pension
Car Allowance (Paid Fuel) or Fully Expensed Company Vehicle
20% Bonus on top of salary, which will be performance-based.
OTE £50,000-£52,000
Relevent Industry backgrounds: Dry Linning, Insulation, Electrical, Gas, Plumbing.
Estimator Main Responsibilities
Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation provided by our clients, inputting he details onto our CRM system.
Measure tender documents using our estimating tools and produce accurate data for pricing and preparing quotes.
Submitting quotations to our clients, following up, and keeping track of when tenders are being awarded.
Maintain and update our CRM database, cost and pricing data, and estimating software.
Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to remain competitive.
Estimator Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator in a similar position
Strong analytical and math skills
Familiarity with estimating and project management principles
Proficient in estimating software, ideally Togal AI (but not essential)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
