About the Role:
Sphere Solutions is proud to be working with an award-winning housebuilder to recruit an Estimator to join their dynamic commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing business, contributing to the financial success of housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain estimating documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Update build costs based on current sign-offs.
• Collaborate with the Land & Sales team to develop land appraisals.
• Analyse site profitability, ensuring efficient layouts based on cost and revenue.
• Undertake ad hoc measures and pricing responsibilities as required.

About You

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in estimating.
• Strong understanding of housebuilding and construction costs.
• Experience using software tools such as COINS and Bluebeam.
• Full UK driving licence required.
