JLL are currently recruiting for an Estimator (intermediate or senior) for a groundworks and infrastructure company based in North Kent.

Company Vehicle or Allowance provided, pension scheme, phone, laptop.

70,000 - 90,000 per annum depending on experience

Estimator requirements:

• Dealing with all Pre-Qualification enquiries from various sources, databases, advertisements, and referrals
• Undertaking considered tender evaluation to ensure that the company can carry out the work involved
• Communicate with Designers/Customer for clarification of project Scope of Work
• Attend site surveys
• Negotiating Costs
• Production of budget costs by detailed cost breakdown
• Happy to travel to sites and attend client meetings

Education:

• HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or similar
