Konnect Recruit are looking for an Estimator for an established main contractor who work across a wide range of including Commercial, Defence, Education and Healtcare with projects up to 30M.

Role and responsibilities:

• Working as part of the pre-construction team
• Reporting into the Estimating Manager
• Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
• Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements:

• Experience working for a main contractor
• Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
• Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
