About the Role:
As the Estimator, you'll play a vital role in bridging design with delivery.
You will:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects
Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to forecast time, cost, materials, and labour
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotes
Support project teams with budgeting and cost management
Identify cost risks and propose practical solutions
Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Estimator within the interior fit-out, construction, or related sectors
Solid understanding of materials, methods, and market pricing
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office tools
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
