The Role - Estimator
As my clientcontinue to expand, they are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join the growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials, cost management, and an ability to analyse drawings and specifications. This position requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for facade projects based on project drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Evaluate material requirements and associated costs, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards
- Utilise estimating software proficiently to create and manage quantity take-offs, cost breakdowns, and final project budgets.
- Problem-solving throughout the estimating process, addressing any challenges or discrepancies that arise.
