Estimator - Electrical Bias - Design & Build Contractor

My client are a Design & Build contractor with an in-house electrical division.

They have established for near 20 years and have a strong reputation in the industry.

HQ based near Southwark.

The Role - Estimator

My client are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their rapidly expanding commercial division.

You will be pricing electrical scopes but also fit-out/refurbishment scopes.

Responsibilities:

• Take offs from drawings, interpretation of specifications/drawings to project needs.
• Conducting site visits to create scopes of work with existing clients.
• You will be responsible for defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
• Dealing with subcontractors for quotations and making sure they meet the requirements of the project.
• Production of electrical detailed tender bids between 25k- 2m
