Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000neg + Discretionary BonusBenefits: Full Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Estimator - Flat Roofing will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with high quality flat roofing contract services specialising in single ply
- Interpreting technical drawings and generating quotations
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Assisting the Contracts Manager with allocating budgets and ensuring that these are met
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors and assessing the risk level associated with a project
- Producing estimates for projects varying in value from £1k up to circa £2m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flat Roofing with:
- Must have estimating experience within in the flat roofing market sector
- Must have single-ply experience
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- High attention to detail and good organisation skills
- Commercially aware
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Confident and articulate
- Ability to work individually and within a team
