Location: Aldershot Office Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + discretionary bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of Estimator - Interior Fit Out will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects
- Interpreting technical drawings to gain an understanding of projects
- Liaise with clients to further discuss technicalities of projects
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure that workload is prioritised to meet deadlines
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Interior Fit Out with:
- Must have estimating / quoting experience
- Ideally will have knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
