QS / Estimator required for established and experienced Contractor

An established and growing Construction Contractor in the Northwest is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to support its expanding portfolio of projects. The company delivers a wide range of schemes across Commercial & Industrial, with a strong focus on Refurbishment, Maintenance, and New Build developments.
About the Role:
You'll play a key role in managing the Commercial aspects of multiple projects, from initial tender through to final account. The role offers a blend of Estimating and Quantity Surveying, working closely with the Operations team and clients to ensure successful delivery
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit competitive tenders based on drawings and specificationsAccurate pricing of work for tendersCarry out detailed take-offs and schedules of ratesOversee cost control and financial reporting throughout project lifecyclesCost analysis Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for commercial reportingAttend and lead site meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in both NEC and JCT contract frameworks.Strong background in refurbishment and maintenance projects.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Estimating & QS background
