Role and Responsibilities: As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects across various sectors. Reporting to the Senior Management, your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing project specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Conducting site visits and assessments to understand project scope and potential challenges.
• Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, material costs, and market conditions.
• Contributing to the development of bid proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of estimating software and tools.
• Experience working across multiple sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
