Our client, a leading Facilities Management service provider are looking to recruit an interim Hard Services Estimator.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with hard services within FM across the public and private sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading Facilities Management service provider are looking to recruit an interim Hard Services Estimator.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with hard services within FM across the public and private sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate cost models
- Use excel modelling, work with SFG 20 to create winning proposals
- Occasional site visits
- Working within Framework Guidelines - Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
- Interrogate hard services asset information and align with SFG20 maintenance schedule
- Previous estimating experience within hard services
- Financially competent, with good knowledge of hard services pricing, and working with complex financial models and SFG20
- Willingness to attend site visits on an adhoc basis
- Proven record of producing accurate cost models
- Experience working with framework pricing such as Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload, work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
