This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industry leading company going through an exciting growth period. My client are looking for a experience estimator in the M&E sector. The chosen Estimator will be responsible for pricing up multiple mechanical and electrical projects around the Southwest and South Wales area. The contracts will be various commercial projects such as, Colleges, Schools, Offices and many more.
Job Description
- Leasing with project managers and office staff
- Carry out detailed PPM costing and pricing
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Site surveys
- Leasing with suppliers & subcontractors
- Working in various commercial units
- Carry out estimation on various different commercial projects
- Ensure tender returns are compliant
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
