kolt recruitment are looking for a parts advisor to join a prestige accident repair centre based in ascot.this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-end, manufacturer-approved bodyshop working on prestige and luxury vehicles in a professional, well-equipped environment.

key responsibilities:

• ordering, receiving and managing parts for ongoing repair jobs
• liaising with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective parts sourcing
• checking parts on arrival for accuracy and damage
• allocating and distributing parts to technicians efficiently
• maintaining accurate stock control and inventory systems
• processing returns and warranty parts
• working closely with estimators, workshop control and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

requirements:

• previous experience as a parts advisor within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
• strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• experience working with prestige or manufacturer-approved environments desirable
• excellent organisational and communication skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workshop
• strong IT skills and experience using parts management systems
