Remuneration: £30,000 - £45,000
Benefits Package: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Project Manager - Aluminium Facades will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with a ranged of fabricated aluminium systems such as windows, doors and curtain walling for the commercial sector
- Coordinating projects by scheduling and order processing
- Creating full manufacturing details and developing CAD drawings
- Liaise with clients, Project Managers & Site Managers to ensure smooth running of the project
- Liaise with suppliers to purchase materials
- Ensure that the manufacturing process is completed to specification
- Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
- Working on projects varying in value from £2k up to £2m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Aluminium Facades experience with:
- Must have Project Management or Project Coordination or Project Design or Estimating experience within the construction industry
- Must have technical experience within the construction industry (AutoCAD experience and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings)
- Experience dealing with various façade systems would be highly beneficial Reynaers, Schueco, Technal, Kawneer, Metal Technology & Senior Architectural Systems
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Must be a proactive, open-minded and a motivated individual
