Are you a Project Manager / Estimator or similar from a Mechanical background looking for an autonomous role within a well-established yet family run company where you will work on exciting and varied projects within a role offering a generous annual bonus and a clear progression right through to directorship?
This company have been established since 1946, and have continually grown to the point they now have a turnover of over 3m, whilst retaining a loyal client base. They work on a range of major projects across the west-Midlands and Warwickshire for more than 20 trusts and clients such as the NHS, and are now looking to further grow their team.
In this dynamic and varied role, you will be managing mechanical installation projects from start to finish within a team of 4, working closely with the Company Director, overseeing mechanical design process, all the way through to installation with occasional site visits. You will be in charge of estimating the project, coordinating the relevant teams and ensuring the smooth running from design to installation, ensuring the highest standards are met.
This dynamic role would suit someone with a background in mechanical design and estimating, looking to join a well-established company that offers annual company bonus, on-site training and clear progression management roles.
The Role:
- Estimate mechanical installation projects
- Produce contract orders
- Coordinate various teams to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Occasional site visits to assess and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Occasional design alterations and editing
- Monday to Friday working 8 - 4 (3:30 on Friday)
