Your new role
Projects Coordinator on either a temporary to permanent or permanent basis
The role will be to manage the project works orders from sales handover to invoicing, within set time frames and agreed estimation budgets ensuring they are compliant with site and client requirements.
Prioritise projects - identifying either full project management responsibilities or logistics and co-ordination involvement.
Organise the planning and co-ordination of subcontractors and internal installation resources for delivery, installation and commissioning.
Organise and attend client "kick-off" meetings via teams or in-person
Co-ordinate and hold regular handover meetings with sales and estimating teams.
Identify and flag variations and opportunities for works outside of original scope with relevant sales person or estimator.
Ensure client terms, conditions and relationships are adhered to and ensure expectations are managed and met.
Ensure relevant H&S requirements are adhered to and suitable RAMS are prepared.
Identify and implement any additional training requirements.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and to ensure technical feasibility
Perform risk management to minimise risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
