Sodexo is seeking an experienced FM Pricing Estimator to own pricing across IFM and single-service bids, leading the pricing workstream within a multidisciplinary bid team. The role focuses on end-to-end tender pricing, balancing risk, value, and customer requirements, with labour modelling, data analysis, rostering, and templates managed by the pricing lead.

You will collaborate with Bid Management, Business Development and operations to develop pricing strategies, build costing models,
