The leading nuclear defence company in the UK is looking to onboard a Senior Estimator to drive the upcoming projects forward. This role is perfect for a driven senior estimator who wants to be involved with the most intense projects in the industry.

• Job role - Senior Estimator
• Location - Aldermaston 3 days on site
• Contract Length - 18 Months
• Pay Rates - Market Average (INSIDE IR35)

Day to day Duties:

• Produce estimating deliverables in accordance with the appropriate procedures and guidelines
• Estimating SME
• Able to lead the development of cost estimate(s) set by the PM, PCM or task manager
• Able to review estimate bases including the supporting project controls, supply chain and technical artefacts
• Providing robust cost advice and analysis to support key business decision making and reviews
• Develop and maintain clear and auditable basis of estimate documentation
• Review and assuring quality of cost estimating artefacts
• Providing estimating support to risk assessments and mitigation

Essential Skills/Experiences:

• Solid 10 + years in estimating
• Defence background
• Cost planning experience
• Cross sector experience
• Active Clearances
