Due to business growth we are seeking a Senior Estimator within the construction sector to join the Commercial team in this newly created role. This is your chance to create a positive impact and play a significant role.
As an experienced estimator you will possess a comprehensive understanding of the estimating process from inception to completion. Along with a profound knowledge of various estimating software packages, exceptional communication skills for effective interaction across diverse business sectors and an acute attention to detail coupled with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
YOUR NEW ROLE

Assess cost plans created by Costing Managers to confirm that estimates align with business objectives

Work alongside team members to synchronize budgets with construction strategies

Develop take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and tender adjudication packs. Outline the tender's foundation, principal assumptions, and pinpoint potential risks and opportunities

Engage with different departments to scrutinize drawings, specifications, and client requirements, guaranteeing adherence to BSI/ISO building standards
