• Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Bid Analysis: Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for competitiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to gather project information.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing project budgets.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and correspondence.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients, address inquiries, and present cost estimates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction estimation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
