They have established a major reputation for delivery of large-scale phased regeneration schemes and have been involved in some of the most iconic projects across the capital. They build homes, offices, hotels, schools, medical centres, parks, playgrounds.
The company is now seeking an experienced SeniorEstimatorto join their Pre-Construction team based at the Head Office, London, N1. This position will see you utilise the latest technology to gain a competitive edge on the market, produce an optimum bid success rate, whilst maintaining a client centric mindset. This is a key role where you will also be responsible for the full tender process and to be capable of producing accurate cost plans.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Review tender information and employers requirements, and assess their implications.2. Prepare comprehensive and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing information.3. Present tender submissions for adjudication and attend relevant meetings.4. Analyse and incorporate tender returns into submission and handover packs.5. Support pre-construction, technical, and planning functions by providing information and assistance.6. Negotiate final contract sums, prepare risk registers, and assist in establishing project budgets.
Role requirements:
Good experience working with a main contractor and dealing with projects of similar value. High end Residential/Commercial experience (Preferable) Experience of various construction methods Experience of controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets Good technical knowledge and the ability to look beyond the information drawn or specified, and to allow for all necessary to complete a task or element of construction Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Ability to use a computerized estimating package Good standard of mathematical ability

Remuneration:
Youll be offered a salary ranging between £70,000 to 85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is looking to climb to the next step of their career.
