I have been asked to find a senior level Estimator for my client, based in SW London.
They are a reinforced concrete structures specialist with a turnover of approximately 50 m per annum-this is a significant increase on the previous year.
I am looking for a candidate who can further facilitate and cement this growth over the coming year.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully tender RC frame packages of up to 30 m with an average project size around the 10-15 m mark. Any applicants for this opportunity will need at least 5-10 years estimating experience with a reinforced concrete subcontractor- the upper end experience wise will be better due to the level of knowledge required.
My client is also happy to secure someone on a self-employed basis if this is preferable. Their focus is simply on getting the right candidate on board.
