Earls Colne, Essex Prime Appointments

A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting a Trainee Estimator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday (core hours being 9.00am - 5.00pm) and paying 21,000 - 25,400 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluating drawings to produce an accurate take-off/marked-up area of the project.
• To produce accurate quotations that reflect the clients requirements.
• Updating the bespoke software to reflect the current status of your quotation.
• Responding in a professional and timely manner to clients when required.
• To liaise internally with other teams regarding projects.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Trainee Estimator position:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using the Microsoft programmes
• Building and Construction industry knowledge is desirable but not essential
• GCSE Maths graded C (4/5) or above
