Job: Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
Location: Basingstoke (Hampshire)
Salary Dependent on experience: 40k - 45k DOE + Bonus Av 350 month
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

A fantastic opportunity to join a modern and friendly accident repair centre in Basingstoke (Hampshire).

The position of Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA requires the individual to assess /estimate vehicle accident damage using the required knowledge and methods to ascertain the safest repair method. A VDA ATA is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Audatex, Autoflow etc.

Duties will include:

• Create accurate, right first time repair vehicle damage assessments
• Maintain an excellent working knowledge of estimating systems, i.e. Audatex, Autoflow
• Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts
• Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers

You will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator
• Audatex experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
