Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of damaged vehicles within the workshop
- Accurately assess vehicle damage, estimate repair methods, costs, and timescales
- Produce detailed estimates using Audatex (training provided if necessary)
- Identify and maximise upsell opportunities in line with repair requirements
- Liaise effectively with technicians to ensure repair methods are clear and feasible
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
- Strong practical skills with a hands-on approach to estimating damage and repair costs
- Audatex experience is preferred but not essential
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence is essential
